Cancellation & Late Policy Life happens & I totally get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email. If it’s less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the service cost will be due prior to the next appointment. Each client gets one “free pass” per calendar year for unforeseen circumstances, but after that, the fee will apply. Running late? I get that too. If you’re more than 15 minutes behind, we may need to reschedule so we don’t cut into the next appointment.
